Alberto Manuel Hers Martinez
Alberto Hers is a PhD Candidate in Politics currently working in the normative issues of European integration. He graduated from philosophy in the University of Oviedo. He earned a Master’s in Philosophy of Political Science and another in International Organization in Leiden University, in the Netherlands. The working title of his thesis is “Self determination in the context of depoliticization”.
