Bio
Rolf Nijmeijer is a PhD Candidate in Political Science at Luiss University. It is the objective of his doctoral research project to identify to what extent the content of disinformation campaigns on social media is adapted to match unique characteristics of the societies that they target. In addition to information disorder and social media, his research interests include propaganda, public opinion, and political behaviour. The working title of his thesis is “To what extent the content of disinformation campaigns on social media is adapted to match unique characteristics of the society that they target.”
