Ludovico Bossi
Ludovico Bossi graduated with full marks and press dignity at University of Turin and Côte d’Azur University of Nice. Since 2023, he is PhD Candidate in Law and Business at Luiss Guido Carli University under the supervision of Professor Christophe Geiger and Professor Maurizio Borghi. He is also member of the Innovation Law and Ethics Observatory (ILEO). He specializes in national, European, international, and comparative intellectual property (IP) law, with a special interest on the fair remuneration of authors and performers within copyright law, and more broadly, the intersections between innovation and sustainability. He has taught as teaching assistant and guest lecturer in several law courses. In addition, he is an Italian-qualified lawyer, with both national and international expertise.
