The educational goal of this interdisciplinary Ph.D. is to offer an advanced course of studies that combines theoretical and practical profiles of the legal and regulatory issues affecting the market and enterprises, according to a national, EU, international and comparative perspective and focused both on the analysis of theoretical models of reference and on the resolution of practical cases.

The doctoral program, also with a view to meeting the demand for highly qualified professional figures, aims at the attainment by doctoral students of an appreciable level of scientific and research autonomy, accompanied by adequate critical and analytical skills. Ph.D. students, therefore, should be able to investigate and deepen in an interdisciplinary manner the research themes, both theoretical and empirical, that are the subject of the Ph.D. programme.
