É pubblicato il D.R. n. 136 del 2/05/2023 recante differimento dei termini per integrazione al bando relativo alla valutazione comparativa per l’ammissione al corso di Dottorato di ricerca in Diritto e Impresa – XXXIX ciclo – con indicazione dei criteri di ammissibilità relativi alle borse PNRR ex DM 118/2023.

I termini per la presentazione delle domande sono differiti al 5 giugno 2023, alle ore 16:00 (CEST), UTC+2.
Posti a concorso:
- 6 Posti con borsa di studio di Ateneo:
Per candidarsi per tale tipologia di posti a concorso, i candidati sono tenuti a presentare, a pena di esclusione, un Progetto di ricerca che sia riferibile al tema: “Il rapporto tra impresa e sviluppo sostenibile, in relazione all’Agenda ONU 2030 e al Green Deal UE”. Tale progetto dovrà essere riconducibile ad una o più delle aree scientifico-disciplinari elencate nella sezione a) della presente scheda e dovrà essere congruente con gli obiettivi formativi, con le materie oggetto del Dottorato e con quanto previsto dal DM 118 del 2 marzo 2013.
Si precisa che tali posti sono finanziati a valere sul DM 118/2023, come di seguito riportato:
– 1 posto con borsa di studio a valere su M4C1 – Inv. 3.4 “Transizioni digitali e ambientali”;
– 5 posti con borsa di studio a valere su M4C1 – Inv. 4.1 “Ricerca PNRR” (si veda l’allegato A pp. 3-5).
- 4 posti con borse di studio ordinarie di Ateneo
Con obbligo di presentazione di un Progetto di ricerca che abbia ad oggetto un qualsiasi argomento riconducibile ad una o più delle aree scientifico-disciplinari elencate nella sezione a) della Scheda A allegata al bando, e congruente con gli obiettivi formativi e con le materie oggetto del Dottorato.
- 1 posto con borsa di studio con importo maggiorato, riservato a candidati internazionali residenti all’estero con titolo di Laurea conseguito all’estero
Con obbligo di presentazione di un Progetto di ricerca che abbia ad oggetto un qualsiasi argomento riconducibile ad una o più delle aree scientifico-disciplinari elencate nella sezione a) della Scheda A allegata al bando, e congruente con gli obiettivi formativi e con le materie oggetto del Dottorato.
- 1 posto senza borsa di studio riservato a dipendenti di Istituzioni Pubbliche
Con obbligo di presentazione di un Progetto di ricerca che abbia ad oggetto un qualsiasi argomento riconducibile ad una o più delle aree scientifico-disciplinari elencate nella sezione a) della Scheda A allegata al bando, e congruente con gli obiettivi formativi e con le materie oggetto del Dottorato.

There are 12 places in offer which include:
- Places with University scholarships: n. 6
Candidates applying for this scholarship position are required to present,
in terms of validity, a
Research Project regarding the following theme:
“The relationship between business and sustainable development in relation to the UN 2030 Agenda and the EU Green Deal.” The research project must relate to one or more of the scientific-disciplinary areas listed in section a) of this form and must be congruent with the educational objectives and subjects covered by the PhD program and as provisioned by the MD 118 of 2 March 2013.
It is noted that these places are funded under the DM 118/2023, as follows:
– n. 1 place with scholarship funded under the M4C1 – Inv. 3.4 “Digital and
environmental transitions”
– n. 5 places with scholarship funded under the M4C1 – Inv. 4.1 “NRRP
Research” (see Annex A pp. 3-5).
- Places with University scholarships: n. 4
Required to present, in terms of validity, a Research Project that must have as its subject any topic related to one or more of the scientific-disciplinary areas listed in the section a) of the Annex A of this Call for Applications and congruent with the educational objectives and subjects covered by the Ph.D. program.
- For a scholarship place with increased funding, reserved for international candidates with residency abroad and with qualification for the Doctoral Program obtained abroad
Required to present, in terms of validity, a Research Project that must have as its subject any topic related to one or more of the scientific-disciplinary areas listed in the section a) of the Annex A of this Call for Applications and congruent with the educational objectives and subjects covered by the Ph.D. program.
- For a scholarship place without funding, reserved for officials working for public institutions
Required to present, in terms of validity, a Research Project that must have as its subject any topic related to one or more of the scientific-disciplinary areas listed in the section a) of the Annex A of this Call for Applications and congruent with the educational objectives and subjects covered by the Ph.D. program.
