Call for Applications

We invite applications for 5-6 fully funded PhD scholarships on an annual cycle (including additional financial support for international candidates). In addition, one PhD position without a scholarship is available applicants who are in employment in public institutions.

The Call for Applications usually opens in mid-January and closes with a deadline in mid-February.  

As part of their applications, prospective PhD candidates need to submit a detailed research proposal, setting out the research puzzle, analytical approach and intended methodological choices, together with a CV, references and other documents. Applicants are invited to consult these webpages for the areas of expertise in which we are able to provide supervision.

Candidates will be summoned to the written exam or/and interview, by e-mail sent to the e-mail address specified in the application form for the competition filled out online. Notice of the exam will also be given (at least 7 days prior to the date that the exam is scheduled for) on Luiss Guido Carli’s website at http://www.luiss.it
