Simona Gioia is a PhD Student in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. Her research focuses on organizational change, in particular on how organizations can change in order to be more responsive to stakeholders. This notion of stakeholders encompasses society at large and the closely related concept of created shared value (CSV) to describe how organizations and society are linked closely and can create value through collaboration, in line with sustainable development principles. Her research setting are, in particular,  Higher Education Institutions.
