Jordana Rech Graciano dos Santos is a PhD Candidate in Management and Teaching Assistant for bachelor’s and M.Sc. courses in LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, Italy. Her research interests are social innovation, value creation, strategy, projects, and entrepreneurship.

Originally from Brazil, where she received her MSc. Degree in the Industrial Engineering Program of the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), focused on measuring the competitiveness of the value chain in agribusiness. Also, she holds a Business Management Certificate from Canadian College – Vancouver (CA) and a Google Certificate for the Project Management Program.

Along with the Ph.D. journey at Luiss, she is developing a project with Italiacamp, an impact organization in Rome, to understand the mechanisms and process singular to every project. Moreover, how they can select and integrate impact-oriented innovations and, at the same time, enable them to strengthen and contribute to the ability of enterprises to generate social value.

Combining the academic pursuits with hands-on experience, Jordana would like to build a unique perspective to research, with a well-rounded understanding of both theoretical and real-world applications.
