Moamen ELSHERBINY is a doctoral candidate in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, ITALY. His research is focused on the analysis of information using data and text mining techniques for marketing research and customer experience feedback with the Internet of Things (IoT). Currently, he is a visiting scholar at HEC Paris in France, where he is working on collecting and analyzing data from social media for his research.

Moamen received his master’s degree (MSc) in Computer Science from the University of Madras in INDIA. He then joined the Grants, Innovation & Technology Transfer Center in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) where he worked as a Marketing Consultant. He is interested in marketing, especially fascinated by the digital aspects of marketing and the way to engage with customers in the digital world. In 2016, he moved to SPAIN at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as a Research Scholar funded by Erasmus Munds Project for more than 2 years where he has been working on several projects and collecting data.
