Viktoriya Pisotska

Presentation: Viktoriya Pisotska is a PhD Candidate in Management at the Luiss University (Rome, Italy) and a visiting PhD fellow at the Department of Organization, Copenhagen Business School. Since 2017, she has been a Teaching Assistant for the courses of Global Organization Design & HRM, Research Methods for Social Sciences, Service Marketing and International Marketing.

Before joining the PhD program, she worked in international companies, such as Allianz SE (Munich, Germany) and PwC (Rome, Italy). She also has some working experience in the film and dance industries.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and a MSc in Business Management from La Sapienza University of Rome (Italy); she had two Erasmus visits at University College of Dublin (Ireland) and Technische Universität München (Germany).

Her research areas are Creative Industries, Organization Theory, Entrepreneurial Agency and Project Organizing. Her research focuses on how different competing demands can be managed in the context of Cultural & Creative Industries. She uses qualitative methods in her research.
