Subhransu Sahoo is a PhD Student in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. His research examines how organizations preserve a sense of continuity while facing situations that unsettle existing understandings of who they are, what they are doing, and how their actions should be explained. He is interested in the interpretive work through which organizational actors make change intelligible and sustain coherence over time.

His current work studies these questions through organizational accounts, recurrent interactions, and the traces through which past interpretations remain available for later use. More broadly, his research engages with the relationship between action, meaning, and organizational continuity.

Subhransu holds a Master’s degree in Management: Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School, Belgium. Before joining Luiss, he worked as an innovation analyst and gained experience in venture building.
