Enes Berk Sahin is a PhD candidate in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. He received his bachelor degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration. He received his Master degree in International Business with Data Analytics from the Ulster University. He has working experience in the United States and the United Kingdom. 

His research is based on the effects of management psychology and impression management on business performance. In particular, his research will investigate to what extent psychological management and impression management in organization affect real sectors.
