DEODATO Andrea

Andrea is a PhD student in Management at Luiss University, specializing in Organization Studies. He holds a double Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Luiss University and in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (United States), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Luiss University.

Before joining academia, Andrea gained professional experience in consulting at EY, where he worked on diverse projects for major national and international organizations in the energy sector. He also worked at the private equity firm Praesidium (Milan, Italy), where he was involved in fund investments and co-investments in the Industrials, Healthcare, and Technology sectors in the United States.

Andrea is broadly interested in work identity, and specifically in its dynamics during times of career transition and corporate change.
