Blerta Berisha is a Doctoral student in Management at the LUISS University. She holds a Dual EMBA from University of Potomac, Washington DC and UBIS University of Geneva, also a Master of Science from the University of Macerata. During the time of the study, she was Ambassador and Tutor Senior at the University of Macerata. Blerta attend courses at the University of Oxford and University of Trinity.  Blerta was a member of the X-Culture Organization based in USA, and then following up as serving as Coach, Head Coach, and Ambassador for Global Symposium X-Culture 2018 at Macerata, Researcher for X-Culture Handbook, and currently a Senior Reviewer & Alumni Coordinator.

Interests: Digitalization of Marketing, Corporate Strategies, Innovation and firm growth in high – tech sectors.
