Rossina Gitto is a PhD candidate in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. She is a licensed psychologist from the Catholic University of Uruguay and holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (CIFFOP).

With a diverse international background, Rossina has primarily built her career in HR roles within multinational corporations and in entrepreneurship within the educational media sector. Drawing on a foundation in applied social science, she is committed to bridging the gap between research and practice, with a primary focus on Talent Development in global contexts.

Her general research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and employment-related topics.
