Rossina Gitto is a PhD candidate in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University. She is a licensed psychologist from the Catholic University of Uruguay and holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (CIFFOP).

With a diverse and international professional background, Rossina brings extensive experience as a practitioner in her fields of expertise, particularly in global HR roles within multinational corporations, as well as in entrepreneurship in the educational media sector. She is highly committed to bridging the gap between science and practice.

Her research interests include Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Employment-related topics.
