Before starting the PhD Michele studied Management at the University of Turin for the bachelor’s degree with an academic year in Erasmus at the University of Brighton. Later he deepened his knowledge at the University of Pollenzo in the master’s course “Food innovation and management”. Before starting the PhD he also attended the master’s course in “Artificial intelligence and Business analytics” of the “24 Ore Business School”.
