Chiara Di Fazio is a PhD student in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University, specializing in the Marketing Track. With an international background in linguistic and cultural mediation, a master’s in marketing management, and professional experience in luxury hospitality and retail, she has developed a strong interest in consumer behavior and marketing strategies. Her current research explores the intersection of generative AI and the human role in content creation, focusing on user agency, self-gratification, and interaction dynamics across industries. Additionally, her research interests span various sectors, including luxury goods, healthcare, and digital innovation, with an emphasis on how marketing strategies adapt to industry-specific challenges and evolving consumer needs.
