• Research Areas

Vittoria is currently a Ph.D. Student in Management at Luiss University.

Her primary research focus involves search behavior and organizational learning in complex environments, both at the level of established firms and upcoming start-ups, and on how these processes lead to business model innovation.

Before joining the Ph.D. program Vittoria worked as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. She obtained both her B.Sc in Economics and Management and her M.Sc in Management at LUISS University.
