Vishnu Varthan Perumal graduates in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from India following which he worked as a Project engineer in the Automation Industry for a while. He went on to pursue a master’s in management engineering from Italy and he is currently doing a Ph.D. at Luiss Guido Carli to study entrepreneurship and its ecosystem, particularly the practice of Effectuation theory in Lean start-up approach in an entrepreneurial ecosystem.

In 2021, he published an article on “Technology catch up and Innovative entrepreneurship in Vietnamese firms” as a co-author in the international, peer-reviewed journal Administrative Sciences by MDPI.
