Valerio Deriu
Valerio Deriu is a PhD student in Management at Luiss Guido Carli University (Rome, Italy).
He also received – cum laude – a Master’s Degree in Psychology applied to health, work, and juridical-forensic contexts after studying at the University of Rome La Sapienza (Italy).
Before joining the PhD program, Valerio has worked as a junior consultant and teaching
assistant at Luiss Business School, and as a junior UX researcher in a consulting company.
His current research focuses on studying and exploring the potential impact of talent analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) on human resource management (HRM), organizational outcomes and networks.
