His research examines hybrid organisations, social enterprises and other organisations that pursue a social mission while operating as viable businesses and how they hold their dual purpose together under conditions of crisis and polycrisis.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">His dissertation asks how organisations that must balance competing social and commercial logics adapt when they face not a single disruption but overlapping, compounding shocks economic, political, humanitarian, and institutional pressures arriving at once.
