His research examines how organizations preserve a sense of continuity while facing situations that unsettle existing understandings of who they are, what they are doing, and how their actions should be explained. He is interested in the interpretive work through which organizational actors make change intelligible and sustain coherence over time.<\/p>\n<p>His current work studies these questions through organizational accounts, recurrent interactions, and the traces through which past interpretations remain available for later use. More broadly, his research engages with the relationship between action, meaning, and organizational continuity.<\/p>\n<p>Subhransu holds a Master\u2019s degree in Management: Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Antwerp Management School, Belgium.
