The PhD program is comprised of four years of full-time study.<\/p>\n
The overall path consists of research and teaching training, a visiting period abroad, and dissertation preparation. The first two years are dedicated to coursework.<\/p>\n
Year 1 consists of disciplinary courses in management and research methods.<\/p>\n
Year\u00a02 is dedicated to courses on a chosen field of specialization, concluding with the development of a research proposal.<\/p>\n
Years 3 and 4 are devoted to research and to dissertation preparation, culminating in the submission and defense of the thesis.<\/p>\n
Along the entire learning path, students are also exposed to seminars and workshops on publication strategies and approaches to the international job market.<\/p>\n
