MCLEAN Amber Jasmine

Amber McLean is a PhD researcher in Management at LUISS Guido Carli University. Her research examines how organizations coordinate emerging technological fields under conditions of deep uncertainty, with a particular focus on the future of the space economy and lunar mining activities. Drawing on institutional theory, field emergence, and future-making, her work explores how organizations align around opportunities that remain technologically distant and highly uncertain.

Amber completed a First-Class MBA at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom and a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Business Management at London Metropolitan University. During her undergraduate studies, she undertook an academic exchange at San Francisco State University in the United States. During her MBA, she participated in academic and cultural exchange programmes at Sias University and Xi’an Peihua University both in China, fostering international collaboration and cross-cultural engagement.
