Clara Labus is a third-year PhD candidate in Law and Business at LUISS, specializing in European Union law. She works on a research project on climate litigation before the Court of Justice of the European Union under the supervision of Prof. Daniele Gallo and Prof. Robert Sch\u00fctze. She was a visiting researcher at the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance (Universiteit van Amsterdam) from May to July 2025 with Prof. Christina Eckes and at the Durham European Law Institute at Durham University from January to April 2026 with Prof. Robert Sch\u00fctze. In 2024, she finished her LL.M. in European Law and Policies (MELP) at LUISS with distinction. She wrote her LL.M. thesis on the direct effect of EU international agreements, supervised by Prof. Daniele Gallo. In 2022, she completed her law degree (Erste Pr\u00fcfung) with distinction at Goethe-Universit\u00e4t in Frankfurt\/Germany. Email: clabus@luiss.it<\/p>\n
